Mayor Chen: Firstly, I would like to give a brief introduction about Zhanjiang. Zhanjiang is located in the most southern part of Chinese mainland. Zhanjiang covers and area of 13,000 km and has a population of over 7.1 million. Three county-level cities, two counties and four districts are under its jurisdiction.
